4 Classes (1 hour each) We will be focussing on the 4 elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air ! So lots of grounding, mindful flow, creating heat in a fire flow and breathwork! We will explore different peak poses in each class and you will have various options you can take for what your body & mind feels like that day. 4 x elemental themed yoga class 1 hour and reflective journal prompts Earth: Grounding focussing on our feet, legs and + connection with box breathing pranayama breath work Water: Fluid flows focussing spinal movement + Ujjayi Ocean Breath pranayama Fire: Core + strength work with Kappalabhati, Shining Skull pranayama breath work Air: Heart opening asana poses focussing on the front body + chest with Sama Vritti equal breathing pranayama
