This workshop includes the 5 elements of a yoga practice. Whether you're a beginner looking to start your yoga journey or an experienced yogi who wants to deepen the knowledge of their yoga practice. Here you will learn the 5 elements to elevate your flow: ✨Prana (breath) ✨Bandhas (lock) ✨Drishti (gaze) ✨Vinyasa + Sun Salutations (yoga sequencing) ✨Asana (pose) You'll understand more about the inhale and exhale in types of asana (poses). For example when to breathe in, when to breathe out, where to look and take our gaze (drishti) to make the pose more challenging, etc. This will be delivered in British Sign Lanugage
